We're excited to announce that Building Ingenuity is the architect of record for a family development, family duplex, and for modular homes located in South Florida.

This family development will include four 2,200 sf units with 3 beds, one office, 3 baths, two-car garage, and a rooftop amenity deck. In addition, there will be two 2,400 sf units with 4 beds, 1 den, 2.5 baths, two-car garage, and a rooftop amenity deck.

Gurkin Family Duplex
This residential project will include two 3,000 sf units with 4 beds, a den, 3 baths, a one-car garage, and a pool in the backyard.
Architect of Record, Design Consulting, and Development Assistance: Building Ingenuity
Modular Homes Hallandale Beach
This project involves new construction of modular homes for affordable housing in Hallandale Beach. First phase will consist of three pre-fabricated duplexes on three different properties owned by the City of Hallandale Beach.
