Scope: Building Information Modeling consulting

Services provided: REVIT Modeling, Clash Detection

Building Ingenuity provided REVIT Modeling for Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Site, Civil, Pool Equipment and Piping, Irrigation, and Dock structure.

Model was then imported into Navisworks where each disciplined was clashed against each other and potential construction conflicts that were discovered was itemized into a report and submitted to contractor.

Victor met with the design and construction team to review conflicts and discuss solutions in order to avoid change orders during construction.
