A major renovation meant significant changes to the layout of this home. The renovation includes expanding the Master Bath to include a 12’-0” double shower and a large, two-person water jet tub, twin sinks, and even dedicated wine storage. The previously underused garage space was transformed into a spacious, new kitchen. By removing walls and adding larger windows and sliding doors, the living area gained expansive views of the pool area and lake. The front entry and entire façade was completely redesigned for more modern appearance.
