In the last decade of serving South Florida, Victor has left his impact on multiple nationally-recognized projects, including: the Marlins BallPark Parking Garages, Brickell-Citi Centre, and the Consolidated Car Rental Facility for Tampa International Airport. 

Known for his dedication to both design and client satisfaction, he has built lasting relationships with major established entities in South Florida, such as Broward Health, Arquitectonica, Pirtle Construction, and the Miami Parking Authority. 

Development is Victor's passion, and he revels in the chance to use his architectural talents in his work.

His ongoing commitment to improving the industry and helping his local community is a constant driving force behind the firm. Victor’s achievements in the field include:

• Serving as President for the Fort Lauderdale chapter of the AIA in 2018
• Serving as the current VP/President-Elect of AIA Fort Lauderdale chapter
• Actively participating as a board member on the Fort Lauderdale chapter of the AIA
• He received the 2015 and 2016 President's Award at the AIA Fort Lauderdale Annual Design Awards
• He won the 2018 Chapter Service Award at the AIA Fort Lauderdale Annual Design Awards 
• Working with high school and college students as part of the ACE mentor program

Victor is also known for his extensive knowledge in the Building Information Modeling Process and how it affects the business of architecture. 

A regular feature on industry podcasts and panels, Victor is invited to speak at events across the country as a BIM expert. His recent talks include:

• "Optimizing BIM/REVIT for your Architecture Firm" at various events throughout South Florida
• "BIM - A Solution for Chaos" at the 2019 New York BUILD Expo
