Building Ingenuity selected to bring new design and remodeling expertise to two new projects in Miami  

With the continued shortage and ever-increasing prices of homes, Florida's housing market needs more solutions within budget.

Duplexes and smaller multi-family homes are particularly attractive to first-time buyers, downsizing retirees, and annual renters. We saw first-hand how popular these home solutions are with our own Genesis duplex design and development project renting immediately upon completion.

The two newest multi-family projects include a complete renovation and remodel of a six-unit low-rise, and a completely new duplex building.

We are currently renovating a 6-unit apartment building off North River Drive in Miami.

Each unit is approximately 600 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
